Mishka Pull-over Sweater
The streetwear brand, Mishka, was born in Brooklyn, NY in 2003. The intriguing brand name, Mishka doesn't sound very American does it? That's because its not. Mishka is Russian for "bear" or "bear-cub", relating to the logo which depicts a bear. You won't see your usual streetwear designs in this engaging, yet cultural clothing line. Designs feature anything from comic-booked imagery to inadequately clothed women. Hats off to Mishka's creative director, Mikhail Bortnik for stepping out of the generic street-fashion box.
You can see this New York clothing line worn on celebrities such as Pharrell, Lil'Jon, and Bun B.

The Waxblock Print Scarf worn above is a descriptive fabric which is well known on the west cost of Africa, as Ravi received this piece during a visit to Ghana. The scarf can be worn as either a scarf or an eye-catching headwrap.
The colors in this belt represent the Jamaican culture well: "ites", white and green. "Ites" being Jamaican slang for the word "red".
This combination of cultural pieces, worn by Ravi, was spotted during the Thin Line Music Festival in Denton, TX.
