I had the opportunity to attend a heartfelt event at the Howell and Dragon venue here in the Design District of Dallas recently. The 2nd Annual Creation Of Fashion For A Cause was graciously planned to benefit non-profit organization, Keeping Families Connected. Hosted by Yandy Smith, of Love & Hip Hop New York, this event featured tons of fashionable looks and charitable donations.

Prior to Creation of Fashion was a fantastic red carpet hosted by Titia Owens.
Designs that night were showcased by: Ronald K. Jones of “RKJ Designs”, Pink Lucy, Black Kaviar, Joshwae, Nic Moore, J Pratt, Monshe, and Erica Dawn LeFlore’s EDW Designs.

Back to why we are here though!
The founder of Keeping Families Connected, Letitia Scott, created this organization to solely provide services to families who have loved ones that are incarcerated and needing assistance to be able to make visits. KFC provides transportation to prison visits as well as meals along the way to those who use their services but those two things are not the only expectations of this great organization. Through Keeping Families Connected, you are able to create new memories with your loved ones behind bars.
